Bahlul SI · Servers
Super Intelligence (SI) from Bahlul World runs on one GPU server that you own. You buy it from your supplier in Dhaka; we size it in the proof, specify it, check the quotation, install it and test it. Three configurations cover a team, a department or a whole company.
Your situation
Power cuts are a fact of office life in Bangladesh, and the internet drops more often than the power does. Many organisations have a server room that is really a cupboard with an air conditioner. Budgets are in taka, approved once a year, and a server is capital spending with import duty and a lead time. The Bahlul SI server is designed around this: one machine, an online UPS, no need for the internet, and a hardware list you can take to your own supplier.
Three configurations
Indicative 2026 hardware prices, before import duty and VAT. User numbers are estimates until the load test in your SI proof measures them.
One team or one workflow
Several teams on one site
Company-wide, several sites
Indicative 2026 hardware prices, before import duty and VAT. You buy from your supplier; we specify and check. User numbers are estimates, confirmed by a load test in the SI proof.
What each one carries
| Configuration | Suits | Backup power (indicative) | Storage (about) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Team: one 32 GB card | One team or one workflow; up to about 50 named users | 2 kVA online UPS | 2 TB, mirrored drives |
| Department: one 48 GB data-centre card | Several teams on one site; a few hundred named users | 3 kVA online UPS | 4 TB, mirrored drives |
| Company: two 96 GB cards | A whole company or several sites; 1,000 or more named users | 6 kVA UPS and a generator | 8 TB, mirrored drives |
Hardware, indicative 2026, before duty and VAT: Team BDT 12 to 15 lakh; Department BDT 17 to 22 lakh; Company BDT 55 to 65 lakh. GPU prices moved sharply in 2026, so ask your supplier for a fresh quote. The UPS and the storage are sized at the site survey.
Buying it
The proof's load test and your user numbers set the configuration. We give you a hardware list down to the card, the memory, the mirrored drives, the network ports and the UPS, and you buy from your supplier in Dhaka under your own purchase rules. We check the quotation and add no margin.
Hardware lead time is the largest schedule risk, so the list is agreed before the set-up contract is signed, the supplier's delivery date goes in writing, and the contract dates move with it. Ask for a three-year on-site warranty.
Power cuts
The server runs behind an online double-conversion UPS with a network card. When the mains fails, the UPS carries the full load for at least 15 minutes, the design baseline, long enough for a generator to start where there is one. If power does not return, the UPS tells the server to shut down cleanly, so no index or log is damaged. When power is back, the services restart in order without anyone touching the machine.
At the site survey we check the room: two power circuits, the UPS size against the measured load, and whether the cooling can remove the heat the server adds. Department and Company servers have two power supplies on separate circuits, and the Company configuration is designed with a generator.
Internet drops
The server has no route to the internet, in or out. Staff reach it over your local network, and branch offices over your own wide-area link; when the link to the outside world drops, nobody in the building notices. The documents, the index, the model and the log are all on the machine.
Updates arrive once a month on a hardware-encrypted USB drive that you own, two drives in rotation. Your IT officer scans the drive with your own tools, the server verifies every file's checksum before anything installs, and the change is tested before it is kept. The drives carry updates in; nothing of yours goes out on them. Remote support is off by default and, if you allow it, runs only in a session your IT officer opens for a named ticket, logged and closed after use.
Honest limits
One server is one point of failure. It survives a power cut and a failed drive, because the drives are mirrored. It has no standby. If a card or the motherboard fails, Bahlul SI is down until your supplier repairs it under warranty, or runs slowly on the processor in the meantime. If your organisation cannot accept that, you need a second server, designed and priced separately.
The number of people it serves at once is set by the memory left after the model is loaded. Above that number, questions queue and answers slow. That is why user numbers are measured in a load test and never quoted from a brochure, and why a larger model or a larger user group means the next configuration, not a promise.
Sizing
Enter your named users and the busiest moment to see which configuration the arithmetic points to. The proof's load test replaces the arithmetic with measured figures.
Where it sits
The server sits in your building by default. If you have no suitable room, it can sit in a Bangladesh data centre under your own contract, still with no internet route to the service. Where the right home is unclear, a hosting and cloud readiness review settles it in two to three weeks, BDT 3.5 lakh. For banks and finance companies, customers' financial data may not sit in a cross-border public or hybrid cloud without Bangladesh Bank's prior approval, which is one reason a server in your own building is the default.
The first step
Nobody should buy a server on a demonstration. The SI proof, three weeks and BDT 5.5 lakh, runs on our demo server, which needs no internet and stays on your premises, and ends with a sizing and a hardware list. The SI server set-up then takes six to eight weeks from signature, from BDT 14 lakh, and the balance is due only when the server passes the test you approved. After go-live, SI support is BDT 90,000 a month if your IT team runs the server, or managed SI operations BDT 1.8 lakh a month if we do. Proposed 2027 prices, before VAT.
FAQ
Possibly, if it takes a GPU card of the right size and has the memory, the drives and the power supplies on the list. We check it at the site survey and say plainly if it will not do.
No. A locked room with reliable cooling, two power circuits and space for the UPS is enough for a Team or Department server. A Bangladesh data centre under your own contract is the alternative.
Our installation team, on site, with your IT officer. The acceptance tests cover sign-in, access, the log, speed under load, a real power cut, offline running, an offline update and a restore from backup, and your IT team is trained before sign-off.
After the proof you get a hardware list for your supplier and a site checklist for your facilities team. The first call is free, in Bangla or English.
