Buyer questionnaires drafted from your own certificates and audits.

Super Intelligence (SI) on a server in your own factory: compliance and merchandising teams ask in Bangla or English and get the answer with the certificate, report or manual page it came from. Start with one questionnaire, prove it in three weeks, then own the server.

Start your first stepSee the pricesThe first call is free · Bangla or English
A brand's questionnaire is drafted from the exporter's own records; the compliance manager approves every answer before it goes.
“Every brand sends its own questionnaire, two hundred questions each, and the answers are in last year's reply, the audit report and someone's laptop.”Head of compliance at a knitwear exporter

The operating reality

What buyers ask of a factory

Brands buy on evidence. Each sends its own code of conduct, questionnaire and audit scheme, and expects answers backed by a certificate, a test report or a policy, in English, from a factory that runs in Bangla. Trade preferences tied to least developed country status end within a few years, whatever date is finally set, so buyers will ask more of each supplier, not less.

The records exist. Certificates, audit reports, corrective action plans, chemical test reports, buyer manuals and past replies sit in email, shared drives and filing cabinets, many as scanned pages. Bahlul SI puts them in one index on a server in the factory, answers in Bangla or English and names the file and page every time. It drafts; your compliance manager decides.

Worker records fall under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026, and an exporter with tens of thousands of workers is likely a significant data controller that must appoint a Chief Data Officer (confirm with counsel). The first phase uses compliance records and policies, not worker files. Budgets follow order seasons, so each step has a fixed price in taka, and the Team configuration suits one compliance team.

The five operations

1

Buyer compliance and sustainability questionnaires

The sentence we hear

“The brand wants the questionnaire back by Thursday and half the answers are in last year's reply.”

The problem

A questionnaire asks two hundred questions about wages, hours, fire safety, chemicals, water, energy and data. The answers are spread across certificates, audit reports, policies and the replies sent to other brands. Two people spend a week on it, and the brand's auditor later finds a date that does not match.

What changes
  • The questionnaire is loaded, and Bahlul SI drafts an answer to each question from your certificates, audit reports, policies and past replies.
  • Every drafted answer names the file and page, so the reviewer checks the source, not the memory.
  • Where the records hold no answer, it says so, and that question goes on the compliance manager's list.
  • Staff can ask which certificate or report backs an answer and when it was issued, and get the page.
What stays with a person
The compliance manager approves every answer before it reaches a buyer; nothing is sent by the system itself.
The result
A reply built from your own evidence, with the file behind every answer.
Each drafted answer cites the certificate, report or policy it came from; the compliance manager approves before the reply leaves the factory.
Start withThree-week SI proof on your last questionnaires, BDT 5.5 lakh. See the reference design for buyer questionnaires.

Audits and corrective action plans

The sentence we hear

“The auditor comes on Sunday and the corrective action evidence is on three laptops.”

The problem

Social, environmental and security audits leave findings, and each finding needs a corrective action, a deadline and evidence. Past audit reports, the open findings and the photos and records that close them sit with different people, and the next audit starts by asking what was promised last time.

What changes
  • Audit reports, corrective action plans and the closing evidence are loaded and indexed, scanned pages included.
  • Staff ask what was promised for a finding, by when, and what evidence exists, and get the report page and the record.
  • The audit checklist is run as a set of questions before the auditor arrives, so gaps appear early.
  • Each answer is logged, which gives the next audit a trail of what was checked.
What stays with a person
The compliance head confirms every finding's status and decides what is shown to the auditor.
The result
Audit preparation from one index instead of three laptops, with the evidence page behind each status.
Before an audit, each open finding is traced to its promised action and the evidence that closes it; the compliance head confirms the status.
Start withSI briefing for the compliance team, BDT 1 lakh, then an SI proof on two years of audit files, BDT 5.5 lakh.

Buyer manuals for merchandising and quality

The sentence we hear

“Which buyer wants the carton label in two languages, and where does it say so?”

The problem

Every brand sends a vendor manual: labelling, packing, testing, measurement tolerances and shipping marks, each a hundred pages and updated without notice. Merchandisers and quality staff work from memory and from the last order, and a wrong label costs a shipment.

What changes
  • Each buyer's manuals are loaded by version, and the answer names the buyer, the manual and the page.
  • Merchandisers and quality staff ask in Bangla or English, mixed included, from the floor or the sample room.
  • When a manual changes, the new version is loaded and the test questions are run again.
  • Permissions follow your accounts: a merchandiser sees only the buyers they handle.
What stays with a person
The merchandising manager confirms any answer before a sample, label or shipment is made to it.
The result
The current manual's answer, with its page, before a sample or carton is made.
A packing or labelling question is answered from this buyer's current manual; the merchandising manager confirms before a sample or shipment goes.
Start withSI proof on five buyers' manuals, BDT 5.5 lakh, then an SI server for the merchandising floor, from BDT 14 lakh.

Chemical and material compliance

The sentence we hear

“The buyer asks for the test report on this dye lot and whether it is on their restricted list.”

The problem

Restricted substances lists, chemical inventories, safety data sheets, supplier declarations and test reports change by buyer and by season. The wet processing and compliance teams match them by hand, and an expired report or a missing declaration stops a shipment at the last check.

What changes
  • Restricted lists, inventories, safety data sheets, declarations and test reports are loaded with their dates.
  • Staff ask about a substance, a supplier or a lot and get the list entry, the sheet and the report page.
  • Every answer shows when the report was issued, so an old one is seen for what it is.
  • Mixed Bangla and English questions, including chemical names typed in Latin letters, are part of the test set.
What stays with a person
The chemical or compliance officer confirms before a lot is used or a declaration is signed.
The result
The list, the sheet and the report page in one answer, with the date on each.
A chemical question is answered from the current restricted list, the inventory and the test report; the chemical officer confirms before a lot is used.
Start withSI proof on your chemical files and two seasons of test reports, BDT 5.5 lakh.

HR policies and worker welfare, in Bangla

The sentence we hear

“Welfare officers answer the same leave and wage questions on every floor, and each one answers differently.”

The problem

A factory with ten thousand workers has an HR manual, a grievance procedure, leave and maternity rules, a code of conduct and a wage structure, mostly in English and mostly unread. Welfare officers, supervisors and participation committee members need the rule in Bangla on the floor. Worker files are personal data and stay out of this phase.

What changes
  • HR policies, the grievance procedure and the code of conduct are loaded in both languages where they exist.
  • Welfare officers and supervisors ask in Bangla and get the clause with its page.
  • No worker file, attendance record or payslip is loaded; the data readiness package lists where those sit and who may see them.
  • A one-day SI team workshop trains welfare officers and HR staff to ask well and to check the source.
What stays with a person
The HR manager confirms any answer that changes a worker's pay, leave or standing, and signs the data register.
The result
The same policy answer on every floor, in Bangla, with its page.
A welfare officer gets the policy clause in Bangla with its page; the HR manager confirms anything that changes a worker's pay or leave.
Start withSI team workshop, BDT 1.5 lakh a day, then the data protection readiness package for worker records, six weeks, BDT 9.5 lakh.

FAQ

Questions we are asked

Does the system send answers to the buyer?

No. It drafts; your compliance manager approves each answer and your team sends the reply. Nothing leaves the factory server unless you send it.

Do our worker records go into it?

Not in the first phase. It uses certificates, reports, policies and manuals. Worker records are personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026, and the data readiness package decides what, if anything, SI may read later.

We are busy in peak season. When should we start?

Between seasons. The proof takes three weeks and needs your compliance team for review sessions, not full time; a server set-up takes six to eight weeks after the hardware arrives.
