How we work
Five steps, each priced in taka before it starts.
Super Intelligence (SI) on your own server is bought one step at a time. You watch Bahlul SI work before you pay for a proof, prove it on your own documents before you buy a server, and own what is built. Stop after any step and keep what you paid for.
The situation
Most systems are bought on a promise. This one is bought on a test.
A software purchase usually starts with a long proposal, a licence per user and a go-live date that slips. Whether it works on your documents, in your language, is found out after the money is spent.
We turn that round. The first step, BDT 1 lakh, shows Bahlul SI answering from your own sample documents. The second, BDT 5.5 lakh, scores it on about 200 questions from your documents, in Bangla, against a pass mark you approve. Only then do you decide whether to buy a server, and the balance for the set-up is due only when it passes the test you agreed.
The journey
Try, prove, own, run, scale
Each step opens with the sentence we hear from the people in the room. The figure on each step is its proposed 2027 price, before VAT.
- “We want to see it work before we commit.”
- Send ten sample documents that are not confidential. Your leaders watch Bahlul SI answer from them, in Bangla and English, with the page shown.
- Plain answers on what SI can and cannot do, what each step costs and where your data stays.
- Together we choose the first workflow to prove. If SI does not fit it, we say so in the room.
- “Will it give right answers on our documents, in Bangla?”
- About 200 test questions written from the documents of one workflow, in six categories. Your named approver signs the pass mark before scoring starts.
- Two native Bangla reviewers score every answer, each on their own. We propose 85% on critical questions and no critical failures.
- You get the scores, the server sized with a load test, and a business case for the next step.
- “Our files cannot leave the building.”
- You buy the server from your supplier; we specify and check it. We install Bahlul SI, connect your documents and link permissions to your staff accounts.
- The agreed test runs on the installed server, with sign-in, the log, speed under load, power cuts, offline running and restores.
- Your IT team is trained, with written procedures. The balance is due only when the server passes.
- “Who keeps it working after go-live?”
- SI support, BDT 90,000 a month, if your IT team runs the server: monitoring, tested updates, a monthly health check and a help desk.
- Managed SI operations, BDT 1.8 lakh a month, if we run it: monitoring, updates, user support and a monthly Bangla re-test.
- Any change of model, documents or settings is tested again before it goes live.
- “It works for one team. Now we want it across the organisation.”
- Several workflows, sites or system connections, built and tested in ten to twelve weeks.
- Chat and voice service in Bangla that hands over to a person when it should; forms and files read into your systems, with a person checking the fields that matter.
- Each new workflow is tested in Bangla before it goes live, like the first.
Proposed 2027 prices, before VAT. Every price is fixed in writing before work starts.
The proof, week by week
Three weeks from a signed pass mark to one recommendation
What the questions cover
Six kinds of question, because your documents are not a benchmark
General benchmarks say little about your circulars, your scanned forms or your customers' mixed Bangla and English. So the proof scores Bahlul SI on questions built from your own documents, in six categories.
- Answers that are in your documents: the right answer, with the right source shown.
- Questions with no answer in the documents: it must say so.
- Mixed Bangla and English, including Bangla typed in Latin letters.
- Scanned pages, where scanning broke letters or lines.
- Numbers and dates: Bangla and Latin digits, lakh and crore, and both calendars.
- Requests it must refuse: other people's data, or ways round a control.
Acceptance
How a server is accepted
The same test set, run on the installed server, decides whether it goes live and when the balance is due.
- Before scoring starts, your named approver signs the pass mark and the list of critical questions. After scores are seen, the pass mark can only go up.
- On the installed server we run the test questions. We also check sign-in and access, the log, speed under load, power cuts, offline running and restores from backup.
- A failed test is fixed and run again. Your approver then decides: accepted, accepted with listed open items, or not accepted.
- Each report states how one version scored on one test set on one date. It never calls a system safe or certified.
- The balance for the server set-up is due only when your approver accepts.
- After go-live, any change of model, documents or settings is tested again before it reaches your staff.
The honest stop
Sometimes the right recommendation is to stop
The proof ends with one of three recommendations: buy the server, run a larger pilot, or stop. We write the third when the scores say so, when the documents are not ready, or when the workflow needs a person more than a search. You keep the test set, the scored report and the business case, and you have paid BDT 5.5 lakh to learn it before buying hardware, not after.
If the documents are the problem, the Data add-on prepares them: which documents SI may read, who may see them, and your duties under the Personal Data Protection Act 2026. Then the proof can run again.
What stays with a person
A named person on your side, and one on ours
Every agreement names an approver at your organisation who signs the pass mark, accepts the server and approves anything that matters afterwards. On our side a delivery lead owns the work from the first day of the proof to hand-over. Your team is trained and the procedures are written down, so nothing is left that only Bahlul World can run.
The first step
Start with a half-day briefing, BDT 1 lakh
The first call is free. Then a half-day SI briefing with a live demo on your sample documents, BDT 1 lakh, and a three-week SI proof, BDT 5.5 lakh. Every price on the price list is a proposal for 2027, before VAT; prices rise 6% each January, and we ask for 40% on signing.
See it work before you decide anything
Bring one workflow and ten documents that are not confidential. The first call is free, in Bangla or English.
